Live a healthy lifestyle, let's start with food

  Everybody likes food, there's diffrent types of food, some are good for you and some aren't. People in general ( in Europe) don't eat so unhealthy food. 
  Very important is that you have a balanced diet; that means that you can still go to Mcdonald's once or twice a month, but most of your diet should be healthy food. Have in mind a food pyramid or an eatwell plate. The person who created them helped you with your decision "what to eat and how to have a balanced and healthy diet". 
  Most people think that the vegetables and fruits in stores in the big citys are healthy and the same as the food that grows on your home garden.But that's not true! The food that grows on your garden is very healthy and you are very lucky if you can eat that food, most people don't have a garden. If you can't get a food from a garden then go to the market or buy organic food.
  Don't forgot to eat breakfast, because it's the most important meal of the day. You should eat small portions of meals and don't forget the snacks ( they will give you some energy).
