Healthy food, happy life

Hello! Today I'm going to tell some healthy food tips. 
We should drink a lot of water, tea or coffee (with no sugar). And we must limit milk to 1-2 servings per day, we should also avoid drinks that contain sugar.
We should think about eating whole  grains like whole-wheat bread, whole-grain pasta and a lot of other whole-grain food and we must limit refined grains. 
Choose fish, chicken, beans and nuts because these are healthy protein and try to avoid bacon, red meat, cheese and other processed food.
Fruit? Fruit is very important for us. We must eat a plenty of fruit because they contain a lot of vitamins.
Vegetables are very important too. The more vegetables we eat is better for us.
Have you ever heard about healthy oils? Yup, there are healthy oils like olive and canola oil. We recommend them for cooking, on salad and at the table. Butter isn't very healthy oil but we can eat butter once a time.
Eating sugar won't be bad but do not overdoit.
