Advice on healthy eating

                                                                       
                                                                                Do you not have time to eat breakfast ?

                                                                                Do you eat too much fast food ?

I advice you that every day morning take time to the breakfast, since this is the most important meal. I advice you to have five meals a day, wich should be diverse. You should have breakfast,lunch,dinner and snacks. Dinner and snacks should be light. you need to eat as much as possible vegetables an fruit, because containig many vitamin.Very important are also carbohydrates.
