Food and relationships!

Do you want to be healthy?
You should eat healthy and think healthy!!
About food:
First you must have a balanced diet. You should eat a lots of fruit and vegetables. Fruit and vegetables contain a lots of important vitamins and minerals that your body need. You should eat a carbohydrates too. You can get this from bread, potato and a lots other things. You shouldn't forget to proteins and sugar and fat too. Many people say that you shouldn't eat sugar and fat, but it's good for your body in really smalls amounts. 
Relationships:
The most important is love. You really need this. We have different kinds of love:
-love to family,
-love to animals,
-love to diffrent things,
- and more..
A lots of teenagres have a problems with their love between boy and girl. Some of them love somebady that they can't have, others love but they can't show the emotions. When you are in love you shouldn't be to shy and you shouldn't be to pushy. If you didn't have luck in love you must to go over it and start at the beginning. It helps that you talk with your friendd and tell them yours problem, but if you can't do this you can write a notebook it helps too!

Healthy food, happy life

Hello! Today I'm going to tell some healthy food tips. 
We should drink a lot of water, tea or coffee (with no sugar). And we must limit milk to 1-2 servings per day, we should also avoid drinks that contain sugar.
We should think about eating whole  grains like whole-wheat bread, whole-grain pasta and a lot of other whole-grain food and we must limit refined grains. 
Choose fish, chicken, beans and nuts because these are healthy protein and try to avoid bacon, red meat, cheese and other processed food.
Fruit? Fruit is very important for us. We must eat a plenty of fruit because they contain a lot of vitamins.
Vegetables are very important too. The more vegetables we eat is better for us.
Have you ever heard about healthy oils? Yup, there are healthy oils like olive and canola oil. We recommend them for cooking, on salad and at the table. Butter isn't very healthy oil but we can eat butter once a time.
Eating sugar won't be bad but do not overdoit.

I advice you that every day morning take time to the breakfast, since this is the most important meal. I advice you to have five meals a day, wich should be diverse. You should have breakfast,lunch,dinner and snacks. Dinner and snacks should be light. you need to eat as much as possible vegetables an fruit, because containig many vitamin.Very important are also carbohydrates.                                                               










Live a healthy lifestyle, let's start with food

  Everybody likes food, there's diffrent types of food, some are good for you and some aren't. People in general ( in Europe) don't eat so unhealthy food. 
  Very important is that you have a balanced diet; that means that you can still go to Mcdonald's once or twice a month, but most of your diet should be healthy food. Have in mind a food pyramid or an eatwell plate. The person who created them helped you with your decision "what to eat and how to have a balanced and healthy diet". 
  Most people think that the vegetables and fruits in stores in the big citys are healthy and the same as the food that grows on your home garden.But that's not true! The food that grows on your garden is very healthy and you are very lucky if you can eat that food, most people don't have a garden. If you can't get a food from a garden then go to the market or buy organic food.
  Don't forgot to eat breakfast, because it's the most important meal of the day. You should eat small portions of meals and don't forget the snacks ( they will give you some energy).


                     

 

Advice how to do more sport

Do you like to watch TV all day and eat fast food?
Well maybe you have a serious problem.
These days a lot of people don't do enough sport or even none.
Well if you find youreself in the description then you should listen to some advice Iˇll give you.

1. A lot of people says that they don't have time for sports cause the job and othe stuff similar.
- Well you don't need to do sport 1 or 2 haours you can allso do it just for a half of haour or in the pause.  For example  if you0re job is near you haouse you can read a bike the short way to it.statistic says tat people who read the bike often enough they allso live longer !
2. Doing sports means a lot off fun if you do it right... You dont need to do it on you're own play in teams wite you're friends. Popular team sports are football, voleyball or basketball.
3.For some people sport is a true pain and tehy verly dont like it ... It's inporten that you realize that you help you and you body by doing it. Once you will realize you will enyoj it like everyone, and you will livc longer and more healthyer.

Today I will tell you something about healthy food.

Healthy food is very important for happy life.
You should be careful and eat balanced diet. Eating balanced diet means choosing difrent food grups. The goal is to take in nutrients you need for health at the recomended level. It might be hard in the beginning, because you shouldn't eat much food which contain a lot of sugar and fat. It's very important that you give up on smoking, drugs and excercise more. The best choice is colorful fruit which contain a lot of vitamins.

You must eat vegetables and fruit because they contain vitamins and minerals. Milk, yoghurt, cheese and meat contain protein. Bread, pasta and rice contain carbohydrates. You shouldn't eat a lot of junk food, because in it is a lot of sugar and fat. You shouldn't eat sugar and fat too.
