Advice how to do more sport

Do you like to watch TV all day and eat fast food?
Well maybe you have a serious problem.
These days a lot of people don't do enough sport or even none.
Well if you find youreself in the description then you should listen to some advice Iˇll give you.

1. A lot of people says that they don't have time for sports cause the job and othe stuff similar.
- Well you don't need to do sport 1 or 2 haours you can allso do it just for a half of haour or in the pause.  For example  if you0re job is near you haouse you can read a bike the short way to it.statistic says tat people who read the bike often enough they allso live longer !
2. Doing sports means a lot off fun if you do it right... You dont need to do it on you're own play in teams wite you're friends. Popular team sports are football, voleyball or basketball.
3.For some people sport is a true pain and tehy verly dont like it ... It's inporten that you realize that you help you and you body by doing it. Once you will realize you will enyoj it like everyone, and you will livc longer and more healthyer.
