Eat better, live longer

Today I will tell you something about healthy food.

Healthy food is very important for happy life.
You should be careful and eat balanced diet. Eating balanced diet means choosing difrent food grups. The goal is to take in nutrients you need for health at the recomended level. It might be hard in the beginning, because you shouldn't eat much food which contain a lot of sugar and fat. It's very important that you give up on smoking, drugs and excercise more. The best choice is colorful fruit which contain a lot of vitamins.
