A healthy lifestyle- eat and be healthy

Read if you want to be healthy.
You should think about:
 You must have a balanced diet. You should have five meals a day. You should eat breakfast, because it the most important meals. You should eat minerals, vitamins, protein and complex carbohydrates. You must eat vegetables and fruit because they contain vitamins and minerals. Milk, yoghurt, cheese and meat contain protein. Bread, pasta and rice contain carbohydrates. You shouldn't eat a lot of junk food, because in it is a lot of sugar and fat. You shouldn't eat sugar and fat too.
